Exercise: Kneeing Single Arm Cable Row
This will be a variation to the Single Arm dumbbell row!
1. Get on your knees, lower down attachment to bottom of cables. Use the D handle. Get enough distance away from cables so you can have a wide stretch in the lat when rowing. Pull d handle into midsection of body.
This video is a Seated Bicep curl
1. Sit on bench with barbell
2. Curl up to chin, and squeeze for 2 seconds. Gradually lower barbell down untill it hits your thighs. Pause for 2 seconds and curl back up.
